Returns Policy

The Scratch & Dent program offers the lowest prices on used products that display minimal ware and tear. Due to our low pricing, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final - no exceptions. Please make sure you are ordering the right size, color, and model. We are happy to help you find the correct part! You may Contact Us if you have any questions about our parts.

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of the item.  Springfield Marine will correct the shipping error.  No exchanges or returns are accepted outside of the 7-day notification window.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

We currently do not offer local pickup at Springfield Marine's Nixa location. We are happy to ship the item directly to the address that you populate during checkout.


Order Policies

Springfield Marine's Scratch & Dent website is secured by technology that protects both buyer and seller.
All orders must be processed directly through the website. No phone orders will be accepted.
Scratch & Dent uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe protects buyer and credit card information from being stored in a server, which eliminates the risk of data leaks.
